Mindful School

In our rapidly changing world children face great amount of social and emotional challenges. They feel stress and worry ever more as stress levels started climbing up from early years. We do care deeply about mindfulness and tranquility and we want to help students learn how to stay out of this vicious cycle. We do not ring bells at the beginning and end of our classes as we want students to stay aware of time and clear from noise. Students stay aware of time and their mind steers clear from unnecessary noise pollution.  We want children to stay mindful and it means we want them pay full attention to whatever they are doing. It means slowing down to really notice what they are doing. As they learn to be mindful they are not rushing or multitasking they really value the moment they live in and realize the real meaning behind every action. They understand the true meaning of things. They focus on their tasks in a relaxed, easy way.
